Important Update About Your OnePlace Account

Starting 2026, OnePlace Bank will become part of our parent company, Bank Midwest.

With OnePlace Bank moving to Bank Midwest, OnePlace customers will also need to move to Bank Midwest's online and mobile banking solutions.

What to expect

There is nothing you need to do right now. Your accounts, cards, direct deposits and scheduled ACH payments will continue working as normal.

Starting December, we'll provide clear, easy-to-follow instructions and support to the transition is smooth and stress-free. Watch for:

  • Step-by-step login instructions
  • Ongoing support if you need help
